Accountant

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Description

Preparing, compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial and Transactional data.

Generating periodic financial reports for management.

Managing accounts department.

Handle tax, preparation of management reports and managing the financial affairs 

Supervise and motivate the accounting staff.

Ensuring consistent accurate financial records.

Executing regular audits and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 2 years heading Accounting department

Robust accounting knowledge

ICAN certification is an added advantage

Must have knowledge of PEACHTREE Accounting

Must know how to use PEACHTREE to prepare monthly management report, cost accounting etc.

Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and Accounts procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze information and processes.

Candidate must be a male for gender balance

Salary

N150,000 monthly
