Architect

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Design and plan new architectural projects and handle project costing.

Develop and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and project timelines.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure high construction standards.

Requirements

HND/BSc in Architecture or a related field.

4+ experience in architectural design and project coordination.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
