Business Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos state

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue objectives, growth etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

HND/BSC in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

3-5 years experience as a business admin or marketing supervisor/manager

Exceptional customer service skills.

Good interpersonal and Communication skills

Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations.
