Responsibilities

To convert payments to receipt

To process Escort at Federal Operating Unit for all consignment.

Getting of Escort Undertaking for all consignment.

To process gate Exit for all consigment.

Writing of Terminal delivery order

To follow up on refunds from AP Moller Terminal

To confirmation Haulage Service Provider (HSP) Truck location

To distribute Terminal Delivery Order (TDO's) to Haulage Service Providers

Passing of trucks from the gate

To track containers till arrival at the warehouse.

Revalidating of entries after clearing

To get information from customs on any development that may affect Saro logistics.

To release from shipping line (Delivery Order)

Inspection Act for Custom release

Requirement:

B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related course

2 - 5 years experience in related field

Proficiency port clearance process

Excellent communication skills

Speed

Interpersonal Relationship skills
