Data Entry and ERP Personnel

Location: Ajah, Lagos state

Responsibilities

Data Entry and Maintenance:

Entering, updating, and maintaining information within the ERP system, including Production data, inventory, and other relevant records.

Data Accuracy and Verification:

Verifying the accuracy of entered data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data as needed, ensuring compliance with data entry standards.

Database Management:

Maintaining and organizing databases, potentially including creating, updating, and deleting records.

Administrative Support:

Providing occasional administrative support, which may include tasks like preparing reports, retrieving data, or assisting with other administrative duties.

ERP System Proficiency:

Demonstrating proficiency in the specific ERP system used by the company, including its functionality and procedures.

Data Integrity:

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the ERP system, including identifying and resolving data entry errors.

Data Backup and Retrieval:

Performing regular backups of data to ensure its preservation and retrieving data as requested by team members.

Compliance:

Adhering to data entry policies and procedures, as well as data security regulations.

Requirements

HND/BSc. Degree with 2+ years experience. 

Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and ERP systems.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and verification.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills for interacting with team members and potentially customers.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for managing data, databases, and other records.

Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data entry errors and other issues.

ERP System Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific ERP system used by the company.

Data Integrity Knowledge: Understanding of data entry policies, procedures, and data security regulation
