Estate Facility Manager

Location: Enugu state

Eployment Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of facility management for an estate. 

Managing the maintenance, operation, and security of the estate's physical infrastructure, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the estate's functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 years proven experience in Facility Management, preferably in overseeing large estates or properties.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using facility management software and tools.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing facilities.

Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional emergencies or unforeseen situations.

Salary:

NGN 250,000 - 300,000
