Responsibilities:

Managing staff human resource functions with view to maximize retention

Managing the recruitment process including identifying vacant positions, monitoring, coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring that reference/background checks are made etc.

Managing the on-boarding process fro new employees

Management and maintenance of up-to-date personnel information, record on staff files and others

Ensuring management actions conform to employee established standards and Nigeria Labour laws

Tracking employee performance

Ensuring that staff comply with the provision of the terms and conditions of service

Handle disciplinary actions

Ensure staff training, retraining and developemnt

Managing the overall administrative activities of the division

Overseeing the maintenance of office equipments in the division

Any other duty as maybe assigned.

Requirement:

B.SC. in Human Resource or related field

An MBA or masters degree is an added advantage

A professional certification is an added advantage

Not more than 55years

At least 5 years in managerial cadre in HR practice

Monthly Salary

NGN 350,000
