Investment Executive

Location: Lagos state

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project investment strategies to meet financial objectives.

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.

Negotiate financing terms with lenders and investors to secure optimal funding.

Lead financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess investment viability and potential returns.

Manage investment portfolios and monitor performance against targets.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and legal teams, to ensure successful execution of projects.

Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and economic factors impacting real estate investments.

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and board members.

Requirements:

HND/BSc. degree in Finance or related field

2+ years experience in project finance and investment management.

Proven track record of successfully executing project investment strategies and delivering strong financial results.

Extensive knowledge of project markets, financial analysis, and investment valuation techniques.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
