Medical Laboratory Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the centre

Perform pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical test processes, evaluate results produced relative to the diagnostic assessment

Engage in continuous process and service improvement by making and implementing recommendations

Strictly adhere to quality control guidelines to ensure integrity of laboratory and accuracy of results

Assist with designing processes to ensure efficient turn around time

Perform laboratory assays and other duties as required.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc Degree in Laboratory Science

5 - 7 years work experience as a Laboratory Manager'

Must have worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist

Great leadership and organizational skills

Effective communication skills

Salary

NGN 170,000 - 200,000 Monthly.
