Program Associate

Location: Abuja and Rivers state

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and events aimed at supporting our community members.

Foster engagement within our community by facilitating networking sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Manage program resources, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless program delivery.

Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of programs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create meaningful opportunities for our community.

Maintain detailed program records, including participant data and program outcomes.

Qualifications

HND/BSc. Degree in Communications, or a related field.

Experience in program coordination, community engagement, or a related role.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation.

Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
