Supply & Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos state

Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

Identifying any discrepancies in customer and Original Equipment Manufacturer Purchase order and preparing internal correction and permission prior to external communication.

Managing updating and monitoring open orders spreadsheet

Maintaining a record of all communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer and customer in respect of all orders

Generate reports on Purchase order progress, completion dates and production challenges

Provide weekly update to our customers in relation to their orders and estimated delivery dates

Track orders from placement through delivery

Passing relevant items information to our logistics manager and colleagues for processing

Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quantity and product are supplied.

Updating goods inventory record

Accompanying the delivery of goods to our customers instructed warehouse within Nigeria.

Prepare Request for Quotes.

Requirement:

HND / BSc Degree in Supply chain management or related field.

Familiar with engineering documentation

Analytical and strategic thinking skills; advanced problem-solving skills; 

Technical skills in oil and gas industry; excellent attention to detail; 

Proficient with Microsoft office; multi-tasking abilities; 

Interpersonal skills; communication skills, both written and verbal; 

Organisation skills; time-management skills;
