System Engineer

The System Support Engineer is responsible for tasks involving the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software systems utilized by customers. 

This specialist offers expert services to customers for resolving issues and problems. 

They possess expertise in software solutions and can effectively deliver easy-to-follow instructions to clients and customers.

Requirements:

HND/BSC in Computer Science or related field

2 - 5 Years work experience in the same capacity

Thorough understanding of software products and services for clients.

Proficiency in database management, including the utilization of Structural Query Language scripts for CRUD operations and more.

Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word for documentation and reporting, Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations.

Capability to analyse business logic effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.

Aptitude for quickly acquiring knowledge about new tools and concepts.

Proficiency in marketing and idea development.

Additional Advantages:

Proficiency in HTML & CSS, ASP.Net and Blazor Framework, GIT, and UI/UX.

Strong skills in accounting and bookkeeping.

Effective communication skills.
