Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support the growth of the company.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and drive performance improvement.

Budget Management: Oversee the operational budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and operational costs are controlled.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including IT, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational workflows and enhance customer experience.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.

MSc/MBA is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services, Fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors.

Strong understanding of crypto, digital trading operations and market dynamics.

Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency and growth.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


Salary

N500,000 - N650,000 monthly.
